Diversity, a subjective challenge

I haven’t quite figured out whether that actually means anything specific (is it ethnicity? class? sexual orientation? sex?), but assuming that it was a part of the whole ‘racial’ argument (to represent the population fairly) - I decided to write this rather confused post.
